What is the purpose of a women's retreat?

Instead of focusing solely on a physical or spiritual activity, this gathering is driven by the magic of bringing women together, and the goal of providing female empowerment. It's the women who make women's retreats so special, providing comfort, support, and serious girl-time fun.

Every retreat is unique and focuses on well-being while also empowering women, providing them with the necessary knowledge.

Our retreats are held all over the world, and women of different ages, cultures and backgrounds come together to form powerful bonds and long-lasting friendships.

The retreats are all-inclusive and offer accommodations, meals, workshops, and activities.

Why Women's Circles?

Women's circles are meetings of women for the benefit of women. The circles are safe spaces open to all ages where women meet, sometimes during a new or full moon, but not necessarily. Because of supposed parallels between lunar cycles and feminine cycles, the moon has long been seen as a source of great power for women. That is why, traditionally, a full moon was seen as a good time for women to assemble and increase their knowledge of their cycles. Circles are a supportive environment in which women may be heard, held, and seen without being judged.

What happens in a circle?

A circle is a judgment-free zone for self-reflection and rest. Gatherings are often kicked off by one person who urges the group to unite as a sisterhood and share their wisdom and experiences. There are typically relaxing rituals, such as the burning of purifying herbs, meditation, and intention-setting.

The format, other from being all-female, isn't carved in stone, and music and singing can also be present. Guided meditations, oracle cards, and intention-setting are also often part of these meetings meetings.

What are the benefits of a women’s circle?

Women's circles provide a chance to connect with people from different walks of life and share life's lessons. Rather from going about their daily lives throughout their menstrual cycle – or attempting to ignore it entirely – women are advised to relax and honor a period of natural change in the body. Modernized versions of traditional gatherings are becoming increasingly appealing to women seeking to reconnect with themselves and with others.

Women are encouraged to fall into the profound relaxation that comes with being understood for ourselves, just as we are.

Christine organizes women's circles regularly so stay tuned to find out when the next one will be!
